The multi-award-winning UK animator, Phil Mulloy, renowned internationally for his provocative, perceptive, grotesque and squirmingly funny take on human nature will give an animation workshop designed to delight and provoke its participants. Be prepared to travel to the outer reaches of an animator's mind with the Zogs and a multitude of other characters, including Phil's latest "hot off the press" animation series "The Christies". Phil will focus on his animation techniques, character development, and story telling skills, all illustrated using extracts from his long-standing body of work.

This workshop with highly esteemed documentary director Wayne Coles-Janess will take you on a journey through his body of work from idea to image to the completed project. His award winning doco IN THE SHADOW OF THE PALMS won the Glenfiddich IF Independent Spirit Award recently and is a remarkable documentary about the Iraq war. His previous documentary Bougainville - "Our Island, Our Fight" won numerous International Awards and screened at over 35 international film festivals. Prior to that his documentary "Life at the End of the Rainbow" gave an honest and authentic account of life for people living on the land. It screened in the ABC Prestigious "True
Stories" series and won numerous awards internationally. This workshop is a must for anyone interested in discussing and creating dynamic and provocative documentaries and learning about how to market them to the world.
